A tracker is an element of your diet or lifestyle that you wish to monitor.
ADDING TRACKERS FROM THE HOMESCREEN:
1. From the home screen, scroll to the bottom of the current trackers and click ‘+Add A Tracker’
2. Choose from diet and activity in the top bar
3. Browse trackers or search for a tracker in the search bar:
4. Click on the tracker for more information
5. If satisfied, click the ‘Install‘ button:
6. Specify if you would like the tracker to appear as a large or small chart on your homescreen and click install:
